Our tasks include for exmaple the Marketing and Sales coordiantion, as well as Yield management or URBANAUTS becomes the oprator and takes over the whole daily business plus Marketing and Sales activites. Die HausPension
As part of the young HausWirtschaft co-operative, the modern nine rooms offer an ideal base in a central location for city and business travellers. Next door to locals, in a lively building that combines living, working, leisure and culture under one roof. The two categories Cosy and Spacy offer space for 2 persons or 4 persons in the bigger rooms. The innovative approach of the project can be felt throughout the house. URBANAUTS is responsible for the Marketing and Sales management, whole the employees at the location are working the daily business.
Rooms by Wolfensson - COMING SOON
Alexander Wolfensson has been developing extraordinary places for sophisticated fashion and accessories for over 30 years. Rooms by Wolfensson is the logical extension of the High Luxury Living division and combines high-quality craftsmanship with curated furniture and home accessories. Rooms by Wolfensson is located in an art nouveau building in the heart of Vienna at Habsburgergasse 3 and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cultural institutions and the legendary Wolfensson shop. The eight extraordinary luxury flats are spread over two floors, vary in size and are characterised by their high-quality individual furnishings. URBANAUTS takes over the entire management process of the day-to-day business. This includes the realisation of the operation, marketing & sales activities, as well as the cleaning of the rooms.
